Shipping

We ship all U.S. orders U.P.S. We cannot ship to post office boxes, only street adresses. U.S.P.S. is only available to our overseas customers.
Usually, if an item is in stock, it can be shipped out in one to two business days. Rush shipping is available at an additional charge.
Shrine is not liable for international brokerage or C.O.D. fees. Any additional fee added to a shipment while crossing international borders, is set by the customer's individual country.

 

Payment

Our preferred method of payment is Paypal. However customers have the option of calling us directly at 323-655-1485 to charge a purchase over the phone. Faxed identification will be required. We also accept checks and money orders.

Returns

Please order carefully!! Returns are allowed for exchange only, no refunds. Think each purchase through before ordering and check the size chart carefully. Our staff is available from 12:00 to 8:00pm PST seven days a week to answer specific questions. There are no exchanges on previously exchanged items. Customers with a history of excessive returns may be charged a re-stocking fee.

We want you to be happy with your purchase! Our goal is to minimize risk and agravation to all parties in the transaction.
All exchanges must be sent back in the original box within 7 days of receipt. Call first for a Return Authorization (R.A.) number. Items must be folded neatly with all tags attached. Exchanges must be in perfect condition with no sign of wear, no make-up stains, no cologne, cigarette or body odors. Items received, judged not to be in perfect condition will be returned and charged at full amount plus shipping.
